Honestly, I don’t even know where to start — this place is on another level. Dr. Scott’s office is hands‑down the best dental practice I’ve ever been to. Everyone who works there has been with him forever, which tells you everything. You just don’t see that kind of loyalty anymore. I talked with Dr. Scott myself, and yep — he actually owns his practice. No corporate chain, no profit‑first nonsense. Just real care. He’s tough to get into sometimes, but it makes sense. He’s that good. People literally drive across the state to see him. When I was there, a couple from Cornelius was in the waiting room — over 100 miles away — and a couple from the beach and a lady from Asheville. There were even a few folks from Liberty NC too. My crowns and implants have seriously changed my life. I’m more confident, I smile more, and I feel better at work. I’m sticking with this dentist for life. He keeps joking that he’s only working another 12 years, but honestly? His patients won’t let him retire. We’re keeping him around forever.

I would like to thank Dr Scott and his staff for the awesome job they did. I couldn't have asked for anything better! Dr Scott gave me a beautiful smile again 😄 I will forever be grateful to him ❤️ I highly recommend Dr Scott to anyone he is again an awesome dentist and a wonderful person 👍😁

Best experience that I have had at a dentist. The office was nice and clean.The staff was very sweet, attentive, and accommodating. Dr. Scott took excellent care of me, he went above and beyond doing an exceptional job fixing up my smile for my graduation photos!!

Wow....where do I begin? Dr Edward Scott is flipping awesome! And funny :) After a really difficult experience at the dentist about 7 years ago with a different dentist, I was very reluctant and nervous going anywhere to be seen. I needed help and reached out. I got an immediate reply and my experience at with dentistry was restored. I just had twins and had to leave them home with family and he was blazing fast repairing my tooth and relieving my discomfort. His method of numbing was by FAR the best I have had in my whole life. My filling is incredible and I no longer get food stuck underneath it also! Holding strong! My mother in law was also putting off seeing a dentist, but knew she needed to get established somewhere. So I immediately sent her Dr Edward's way and she has been so comfortable and relieved she has a great place to have her dental care done. My Father was recently in a lot of pain and not sure where to turn. So I reached out to Dr Scott and got an immediate reply with an urgent appointment, and Dr a Scott was kind and accommodating and my Dad was so very grateful for the repair. We all have been so blessed to have a brilliant local dentist, and would not hesit

I've now had TWO dental appointments cancelled by Dr. Scott's office within the same year, and both times the handling was unacceptable. The first cancellation happened 10 months ago. I was told they'd "get me in on the next cancellation," but after months of me repeatedly calling to follow up, nothing ever opened up. Eventually I gave up and scheduled another appointment -- 7 months out. Now, just 3 weeks before that appointment, I called to confirm it myself (thankfully), only to be told it had been cancelled AGAIN because the doctor would be out all week. No phone call. No notification. No effort to proactively contact patients. The solution offered? "We can put you on the cancellation list." That same cancellation list already failed once and effectively delayed my cleaning and x-rays by nearly a year. What's most frustrating is the complete lack of urgency or accountability. This office is only open 4 days a week, yet there seems to be no plan to accommodate the backlog of patients affected by repeated cancellations. No extended hours, no added availability, no meaningful attempt to make things right. When I asked for a recommendation for another dentist, the only respon
